Cindy Ng

Cindy is the founder and principal of Partner Fund Services, LLC, where she brings together decades of experience in real estate, accounting, and client advisory services. Before establishing PFS, she worked as a consultant to several high-net-worth families and privately held businesses, providing strategic financial guidance and operational support.

Earlier in her career, Cindy spent more than 17 years at CBRE, where she built deep expertise in both real estate portfolio management and fund accounting. Her work spanned the review of commercial real estate leases, oversight of monthly management reports, and preparation of budgets and financial reports for public and large private pension funds.

Cindy holds a B.S. in Business Administration
from California State University, Los Angeles.

Hayley Goldman

Hayley Goldman

Hayley is the Vice President of Fund Administration at Partner Fund Services, LLC, where she has been instrumental in the firm’s growth since its earliest days. As one of PFS’s first employees, she helped lay the foundation for its operational structure and continues to play a central role in its development.

She specializes in administration management for real estate debt and equity funds, with particular expertise in client and custodian reporting. Hayley oversees compliance with the reporting requirements of major financial institutions, including Schwab, Fidelity, and Goldman Sachs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency across all client accounts.

Hayley earned her bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Maryland, a background that enhances her strengths in administrative management and investor relations.

Ivan Sekeres

Ivan Sekeres

Ivan is the Senior Vice President of Fund Operations and Technology at Partner Fund Services, LLC, bringing extensive experience in financial services and operational strategy. He oversees the firm’s operational processes and systems, ensuring they align with client objectives while driving efficiency and scalability. By fostering collaboration between clients and internal teams, Ivan helps develop and implement policies and standards that deliver long-term value. He is also focused on advancing PFS's integrated technology stack, continually seeking innovative solutions to enhance client service.

Before joining PFS, Ivan led operations at a prominent hedge fund, where he designed and implemented operational solutions that were later adopted by leading financial institutions, including Wells Fargo Bank N.A. Corporate Trust Services, Cantor Fitzgerald, Fortress Investment Group, and Oaktree Capital.

Ivan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach.

David Huynh

DAVID HUYNH

David is the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Partner Fund Services, LLC, where he oversees technical accounting and financial reporting for investment funds. In this role, he ensures the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of financial information, supporting both clients and stakeholders in making informed decisions.

Before joining PFS, David was a Senior Manager at KPMG, where he led financial statement audits for a wide range of clients, including SEC-registered investment advisers, private credit funds, buyout funds, hedge funds, and other closed-ended alternative investment funds.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.

Jessica Ng

Jessica Ng

Jessica is the Vice President of Reporting and Compliance at Partner Fund Services, LLC, where she leads risk, performance, and compliance reporting. She designs and implements reporting structures that empower fund operators to make data-driven investment decisions, strengthening both fund stability and long-term growth.

Before joining PFS, Jessica spent seven years at Travelers Insurance Group as a senior underwriter and account executive, where she gained deep expertise in risk assessment and client portfolio management. She brings this foundation in risk management into her current role, combining it with her financial reporting expertise to deliver meaningful insights to clients.

Jessica graduated with honors from Claremont McKenna College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and earned her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Justin Kraft

Justin Kraft

Justin is the Financial Operations Manager at Partner Fund Services, LLC, where he leverages his background in audit, financial services, and real estate to oversee key financial processes and support client operations.

He began building his foundation in investment analysis and financial operations while working at a credit fund during his studies. Justin then spent five years at Deloitte, specializing in financial statement audits for clients in the real estate and financial services sectors. This experience gave him deep expertise in financial reporting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance—skills he now applies to strengthen PFS's operational and reporting capabilities.

Justin holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a master's degree in Professional Accountancy from California State University, Northridge.

Joy Ho

Joy Ho

Joy Ho is a Senior Fund Accountant at Partner Fund Services, LLC, bringing more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. She leads the firm's general partner (GP) accounting function, manages capital account maintenance, and ensures the delivery of accurate, timely financial reporting that supports both investor relations and executive decision-making.

Before joining PFS, Joy built a distinguished career in forensic accounting and litigation support at a specialized CPA firm. There, she advised on high-stakes tax controversies, financial fraud investigations, and regulatory disputes, developing a reputation for analytical precision and sound professional judgment.

Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Kwan Luk

Kwan Luk

Kwan Luk is the Accounting Manager at Partner Fund Services, LLC, and a key leader in fund operations with deep expertise in trust deed fund administration. She oversees all aspects of fund accounting, including month-end closings, loan reporting, and audit coordination. Her leadership is especially critical in managing high-volume transactions, where accuracy, timeliness, and transparency are essential.

Kwan collaborates closely with auditors, fund managers, and internal teams to ensure reliable, GAAP-compliant reporting. Prior to joining PFS, she held management roles in the insurance and financial sectors, where she led accounting teams and drove operational improvements that strengthened reporting efficiency and controls.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.

Mitchell Weeks

Mitchell Weeks

Mitchell Weeks is a Senior Fund Accountant at Partner Fund Services, LLC, with specialized expertise in fund operations and accounting systems. He leads the design and maintenance of the firm's internal reporting infrastructure and serves as the subject-matter expert on system functionality, account architecture, and custom report development.

Mitchell plays a central role in building scalable solutions that enhance data accuracy, streamline recurring processes, and support complex fund structures. His ability to integrate technical systems with accounting requirements makes him a valued resource to both operational teams and client-facing functions.

He began his career in financial services and public accounting, gaining experience in financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and audit support. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Honors Humanities from Azusa Pacific University.

Jesus Perez is a Senior Fund Accountant at Partner Fund Services, LLC, with expertise in financial reporting, fund compliance, and audit coordination. He manages the day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of private investment funds, overseeing monthly reconciliations, capital activity, and the preparation of both investor and financial reports.

Before joining PFS, Jesus was an Audit Senior at Deloitte, where he led financial statement audits for public and private companies, primarily in the real estate and consumer sectors. This background provided him with a strong foundation in internal controls, GAAP compliance, and fund-level financial transparency.

Jesus earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California. Known for his thoughtful and detail-oriented approach, he is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fund financials.

Alison Chen

Alison Chen

Alison Chen is an Accounting Associate at Partner Fund Services, LLC, where she supports a wide range of fund operations, including fund accounting, distributions, and accounts payable. She helps maintain accurate financial records and contributes to meeting critical client and reporting deadlines.

Working closely with the fund accounting team, Alison ensures that day-to-day processes run efficiently and in full compliance with fund requirements. She is recognized for her consistency, focus, and ability to execute with precision in a fast-paced environment.

Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of California, Riverside.

Noah Lee

Noah Lee

Noah Lee is a Senior Operations Associate at Partner Fund Services, LLC, where he oversees internal systems, manages reporting infrastructure, and helps standardize workflows across fund operations. He plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial and investor data, testing and deploying custom reports, and implementing quality control processes that enhance both efficiency and reliability.

Working closely with the operations and accounting teams, Noah ensures seamless data flow across platforms and provides solutions for report formatting, data reconciliation, and system enhancements. His ability to translate operational needs into scalable solutions makes him a vital bridge between technical tools and day-to-day fund activity.

Earlier in his career, Noah participated in the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program, where he built strong communication and instructional skills—experience that now informs his approach to training colleagues and strengthening internal systems.

Noah holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Tony Lee

Tony Lee

Tony Lee is an Operations Associate at Partner Fund Services, LLC, specializing in investor onboarding and custodian reporting. He leads the end-to-end subscription process for a diverse range of investment funds, overseeing investor documentation, compliance reviews, and platform integration to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Beyond subscription oversight, Tony manages reporting coordination with custodians and RIAs, including platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Goldman Sachs. His work ensures the accuracy of investor records, facilitates timely platform approvals, and supports operational readiness across the fund lifecycle.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Systems and Operations Management from California State University, Northridge.
